Up coming Halloween events to check out in Cape Town

Its spooky season and the Mother City is planning some spectacular events!

Although Halloween isn't as widely popular as other countries, bigger cities such as Cape Town and Johannesburg can be counted on to give you at least a few good options to choose from on the day. So if you're visiting Cape Town be sure to check out one (or more) of these events:

Papa Paul's Halloween Party

This family friendly event is in aid of local community projects organized by The Claremont Rotary Club. Tickets cost R100 p.p and children under 2 are free. Guests are encouraged to dress up, with prizes for the best dressed child and adult. Food and refreshments will be on sale but please note, no alcohol is permitted. This event runs on the 29 & 30 October 2022. Each time slot lasts 2 hours with 3 time slots each day; 10:00 - 12:00, 12:30 - 14:30, 15:00 - 17:00.

Cape Town Zombie Walk

The annual zombie walk will take place on Saturday, 29 October 2022 and is free for all to participate. Come dressed up as a gory zombie in search of your next meal or as your favorite Apocalypse film ad game character.

The walk starts at 4pm in the city center. Check out their Facebook page for more info and info on other Halloween parties.

Halloween Haunted Hotel

The official Zombie Walk after party. This event takes place directly after the Zombie walk and is open to ages 18 and up.

There will 2 dance floors where a spectacular line up of South African musicians will keep you dancing all night. Food and beverages will be on sale. There will also be a VIP area.

Mojo's Spooky Halloween Party

Celebrate Halloween in a ghostly fashion in this FREE event powered by Devil's Peak. There will be prizes for best dressed.
